White Label Google Ads for UK Agencies
We run Google Ads campaigns for your clients under your brand. You keep the client relationship, the invoice and the margin, and we stay behind the scenes doing the account work.
That covers Search, Shopping, Performance Max and Merchant Centre for agencies who sell PPC but do not want a full time PPC hire sitting behind it.
What does white label Google Ads actually cover?
Everything that happens inside the ad account, plus the reporting that goes back to your client. Account builds, keyword and search term work, Shopping feed and Merchant Centre fixes, Performance Max structure, conversion tracking checks, budget pacing and a monthly report in your branding.
What we do not do is own the relationship. You set the strategy conversation, you agree the budget with the client and you decide what gets said. We give you the numbers and the recommendation, in plain language you can forward.
Why would an agency outsource Google Ads management instead of doing it?
Because PPC is only profitable at scale, and most agencies are not at that scale yet. A competent PPC manager in the UK is a salary plus tools plus management time, and that only pays back once you have a steady book of accounts to keep them busy.
Outsourcing turns that fixed cost into a per account cost. You take on the client when the client appears, rather than hiring first and hoping the pipeline fills. The trade off is real and we have written it out honestly in the white label PPC vs hiring in house comparison.
Who is this for?
Web design agencies, SEO agencies, marketing agencies and freelancers who already have client trust and want to add or fix a paid search line. Typically the client is already asking about Google Ads, or is running it badly somewhere else.
It is a poor fit if you want someone to also sell the service, handle the client calls and chase the invoice. That is not white label, that is a referral, and we are happy to talk about that separately.
How do you stay invisible to the client?
We work inside your systems. Reports carry your logo, any email we draft goes out from you, and if you want us on a client call we join as part of your team with your email address. We do not appear in the ad account name, the report footer or the invoice trail.
The full process, including who answers technical questions when the client asks one, is on the how white label PPC works page.
What does it cost and what can we resell it at?
A flat monthly fee per account, not a percentage of spend, so your margin does not shrink when you talk a client into a bigger budget. You add your markup and bill the client at whatever the relationship supports.
The fee structure and a worked margin example are on the white label Google Ads pricing page.
What results should we expect to tell our clients about?
Nothing until we have looked at the account. Any white label Google Ads reseller quoting a return before seeing a search term report is guessing, and you are the one who has to answer for it when it does not land.
[RESULT: insert real figure] on partner accounts to date, and [RESULT: insert real figure] typical improvement window. We would rather leave these blank until we can back them with an account you can point at.
Frequently asked questions
Does my client ever find out you exist?
No. We work under your brand. Reports, emails and any call you invite us to are presented as your team, and we never contact your client directly unless you ask us to and introduce us as part of your agency.
Whose Google Ads account is it?
Whoever you want it to be. Most partners keep the client account in their own MCC and grant us access, which means nothing moves if we stop working together. If the account sits with the client, that works too.
What happens if we part ways?
You keep the accounts and the history. We remove our access, hand over any documentation, campaign notes and scripts, and give 30 days notice. There is no clause that traps the account with us.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes. We sign your NDA or a mutual one before we see any client data, and we can add a non solicit clause so there is no question about us approaching your clients.
Is there a minimum number of accounts?
No. Partners often start with one account to see how it goes and add more once the process is proven. We would rather do one account properly than take on five badly.
Do reports carry our logo?
Yes. Reports go out in your branding with your colours, your logo and your sender name, so you can forward them to the client without editing anything.
Want to see whether this fits your agency?
Send us the shape of the work: how many accounts, what the clients spend and who runs them now. We will come back with pricing and an honest view on whether we are the right fit.
