How White Label PPC Works, Step by Step

You bring the client, we run the ad account behind your brand, and everything the client sees comes from you. Onboarding takes about a week, reporting is monthly with your logo on it, and we never contact the client without you.

Here is the whole process, including the awkward parts like who answers when the client asks a technical question in a meeting you are on alone.

    What happens during onboarding?

An NDA, then a call with you, then access. On the call we go through the client, the budget, what has been tried and what the client is actually judged on, so we are not optimising for the wrong number.

    • Day 1: NDA signed and partner agreement in place
    • Day 1 to 2: kick off call with you, not the client
    • Day 2 to 3: account and Merchant Centre access granted
    • Day 3 to 5: account review written up in your branding
    • Week 2: changes live, or the new build in progress

How does account access work and who owns the account?

You or the client owns the account, and we get added as a user or through your MCC. That is deliberate. It means the account, its history and its learning stay where they are if we ever stop working together.

If a client has no account yet, we build it inside your MCC so it is yours from day one. We will never insist on holding the account ourselves.

    Who talks to the client?

You do, by default. You own the relationship, the strategy conversation and the commercial discussion, and we give you what you need to have it well.

If you would rather we joined a call, we will, using your email address and introduced as part of your team. Some partners do this for quarterly reviews and handle everything else themselves.

What is the reporting cadence and what do reports look like?

Monthly by default, in your branding, with a short written summary in plain English that you can forward without rewriting. Spend, conversions, cost per conversion or return, what changed and what is next.

Weekly is available on higher spend accounts. We can also give you a live dashboard link the client can open at any time, again in your branding.

What are the turnaround times day to day?

    • Questions from you: same working day, usually within a couple of hours
    • Urgent account issues such as disapprovals or overspend: same working day
    • Ad copy or new campaign requests: [PRICING: confirm figures] working days
    • New account build: [PRICING: confirm figures] working days from access
    • Monthly report: first three working days of the month

We work UK hours. If something breaks outside them, it gets picked up at the start of the next working day rather than sitting until the monthly call.

What happens if the client asks a technical question?

Send it to us and you get an answer written in language you can paste straight into your reply. No jargon, no hedging, and no assumption that you will translate it yourself.

If it is the kind of question that needs a proper conversation, we will join the call as your team. What we will not do is answer the client directly behind your back. For costs see the white label pricing page, and the overview is on the white label Google Ads pillar page.

    Frequently asked questions

Does my client ever find out you exist?

Not unless you tell them. We use your branding on reports, we do not email the client directly, and if we join a call we join as part of your team.

Whose Google Ads account is it?

Normally yours or the client's, with us added as a user. We do not require the account to live in our MCC and we do not create accounts we hold hostage.

What happens if we part ways?

We remove access, send over campaign notes, scripts and the change log, and stop at the end of the notice period. The account keeps its history because it never moved.

    Do you sign an NDA?

Yes, before access is granted. We will also sign a non solicit if you want it in writing that we will not approach your clients.

Is there a minimum number of accounts?

No. One account is a fine place to start and most partners do exactly that before adding more.

What is the turnaround on new account builds?

Typically [PRICING: confirm figures] working days from access and assets being in place. Merchant Centre and feed work can add time if the feed needs repairing first.

Want to run one account through this process?

Tell us about the account and who currently manages it. We will tell you what onboarding would look like and how quickly we could pick it up.
